Cannabis Infused Fondue Bar
Triple Slow Cooker (crock pot with 3 X 1.5-quart sections)
5” Bamboo Skewers
Serving Platters and Plates – Preferably not paper plates. You don’t want the chocolate to soak into the plate.
3-5 10 oz bags of Vegan Chocolate Chips
Organic Unrefined Coconut oil with MCTs
Mangoes, Strawberries, Blueberries, Bananas, Air Popped Popcorn with Sea Salt, Walnuts, Brazil Nuts, and Hemp Seeds for sprinkles
- Add ½ a bag of vegan chocolate chips to each crock pot. Set temperature to low and allow chocolate to melt. Stir frequently. You can add a tablespoon of coconut oil for a silkier texture.
- Once the chocolate is melted add the Cocoa Meds THC Dark Chocolate Bar to one pot and one or two Cocoa Meds CBD Bars to the other. This leaves one pot that is not infused with cannabis. Stir chocolate until melted and well mixed. Add more chocolate chips to dilute the THC or more chocolate bars for a stronger dose of each cannabinoid.
- Clean, cut and arrange fruits on a platter. Pour popcorn into a cereal dispenser and find a nice bowl for the nuts.
- Designate a friend – or yourself with the following responsibilities:
- Refill the fondue bar
- Make sure that the chocolate stays melted and does not burn
Notes: One Cocoa Meds THC Dark Chocolate Bar contains 280 mg of THC and 1 Bar will be 28 – 10 mg servings. One Cocoa Meds CBD Bar contains 160mg of CBD and 5 mg of THC and 1 Bar has 8 – 25mg servings of CBD. You can up the ante with CBD because it takes an entire bar of Cocoa Meds CBD to feel the effects of a light beginner’s dose of THC. You can choose anything you want to dip into the chocolate. This recipe encourages healthy food choices. Edibles are all about digestion and it is important to eat healthy food that won’t weigh you down. You want to experience the effects of cannabis edibles not a food coma.
A Great Host Should Always Be Ready with A Cannabis Edible Game Plan
Your guest list should include 420 friendly friends and family. You want everyone to be comfortable especially when edibles are involved. Who knows, this could be the perfect opportunity to showcase the benefits of CBD to your mom. Have the party start in the early afternoon so that there is plenty of time for the edibles to wear off.
Print a copy of Edibles 101: A Beginner’s Guide to Cannabis Edibles and Cocoa Meds Dosing Recommendations. Set them up nicely in a frame and place next to the chocolate. It is important to clearly label the contents of each pot of chocolate. Of course, a display of live cannabis plants would make the table pop.
It is summer, so let’s barbeque! Grill up some corn, your favorite veggies and some tortillas. Arrange your favorite taco toppings and make sure to whip up quadruple the guac! And chips. Lots of chips.
Freshly squeezed key limeade with agave will keep your guests hydrated and happy. Add some sparkling spring water to jazz it up this alkaline drink.
Create a playlist with your favorite songs and include reggae, classical, house, jazz, and underground hip hop instrumentals. There are many songs in these genres that play at a frequency that emit positive vibrations.
Now of course there are many ways to spice up a party. Supersize Jenga, Head’s Up on someone’s phone, or dare we say…karaoke. When you are surrounded by people you love and good vibes…you will have a great time.
Finally, like any good host, make sure everyone has a designated driver. Don’t let anyone leave if they indulge. Remember, you can always reference your copy of Edibles 101: A Beginner’s Guide to Cannabis Edibles. Just pick up the frame and follow the guide.
Get the party started and have a great time!
